A few years ago, I read a book by an at that stage unknown author called Tim Ferriss that completely changed my life. Called The Four Hour Work Week, it was an amusing but concisely written ‘how to’ manual on a range of business and productivity issues, ranging from how to stop spending your whole day answering email, to setting up a passive income stream to allow you to take ‘mini retirement breaks’ throughout your life.
The book spent the best part of a year at the top of the New York Times best seller list. Now Tim has a new book out- and this time he’s turning his attention to his life long obsession- how to ‘hack’ the human body.

Of the many information products out there, very few are high quality and non gimic based and of enduring popularity. Craig Ballatyne’s Turbulence Training is one of them which i highly recommend. Remember your mother’s advice: ‘everything in moderation’? She was probably talking about what sort of food to eat, but it applies to life, too. I believe the secret to a healthy, happy, productive life is a balanced one. You all have various ‘bases’ or behavioural attributes in life, and these need to be kept in harmony with each other.
